That fumble on Lynch was kind of crap. Are refs going to continue to swallow their whistles and allow defenders to hold a guy up and rip at the football from all angles like that?

Wow, the ref didn't even stop to look before he just signaled it Bears' ball there. Give me a break.

ROOKIE OF THE YEAR!

What a play by Wilson if that stands, should stand. How is there enough there to overturn that. I swear that referee and his crew has never called a good game that I've seen.

Just tuned in, but have already seen two bad calls... this theme is getting old in this part of the country.

That TD drive was fueled by Bugles, Pork Rinds and wedgies. Refs threw a flag at every opportunity on that drive. Not sure I can even watch this farce.

Russell Wilson overcomes Chicago Bears, Mike Carey, and the play of the Seahawks defense.

Sidney rice finds game winning touchdown, nap simultaneously.

Thanks Seattle! Stole a win early in the season, but we'll call it even. :D

Is Wilson the real deal? He definately has a lot of 'battle' in him. He does more than 'fight. He puts his full effort in. When you talk about heart and effort, you definately cannot question either.

He's your classic overachiever, but damn he's fun to watch. I'm a Badger fan and I loved loved what he did for that program last year. Even though they lost the Rose Bowl, he still had a great season.

We've had our fair share of bad calls, that one was questionable at best, time to truly give it a rest. These are likely first round matchups though, between NFC North seconds and NFC West's runners up. Should be some interesting weeks upcoming. Gawd, I love this game... even with bad calls.

I sure see it as well. A couple inches might make a difference at times, but with that much fight and the headiness of the effort... hard to imagine him not having a winning team around him. Great leadership surely puts him(any team) over the top if a team is teetering on the side of competitiveness.

*edit* I think I added a breast to competitiveness. In before Freudian slip grammar police. Hard to blame myself for wanting more of that though.

I love this because 5 of the first 6 posts in this thread were people complaining about calls. And Seahawks fans are still complaining about the Super Bowl 7 years ago.

hehe, it's true Von. 'Twas a bitter pill to swallow though. Took-a-minute-to-even-enjoy-football-again type of game, with that superbowl. We definately understand your pain. I'm not saying that was a TD for sure, but completely understandable why it was a close call and hard to discern upon the moment. Seriously need a new battlecall if that is what the season's success is based upon.
