Manning supporters are going to be very upset with you!

There's still too much left to play.

If Peterson breaks the rushing record, then he wins it.

If Brady continues his dominant play and Peterson does not break the record, Brady wins it.

Peterson. I watched how inept that offense is outside of him. The fact that he leads the league in rushing yards when everyone knows he is going to be the majority of the offense is incredible.

Peterson >>>>>>>>Brady>>>Manning.

I added a poll and included Peyton into the discussion. Let the voting begin.

EDIT: I originally wrote "I inserted a poll" but you know you've been here to long when you self-edit because you can anticipate the replies that would follow. :D

I voted for Brady. My comment I made above still stands.

QB's get the most credit and most of the accolades because it is easily the most important position on the football field.

AD2K for me as discussed in the 2012 Adrian Peterson thread -

The fact that AP is doing this with Ponder at QB, Simpson and someone else I honestly don't know who (Aromshadu?) at WR and no Harvin, makes it even more impressive than the already impressive feat of doing it on a rebuilt knee.

AP is MVP hands down. Peyton has a case. Brady has a case. But NOBODY else has a better case than AP.

Aww man! You took all the fun out of Birddog's thread. I was looking forward to the incessant whining from Manning knob-slobbers like 5x.

Thanks a lot, Debbie Downer.

I can't disagree at all. Honestly, I don't think they could go wrong with Peterson or Brady as the MVP.

I hope Peterson breaks the rushing record. Is 250 + 3 TD's this weekend too much to ask for?

Peyton is the Rodney Dangerfield of the NFL....

Just like back in his college days, if it were just between him and a prominent CB/KR, Peyton wouldn't win. #-o

Manningface FTW!

Actually, I think it's got to be Peyton given the circumstances and if they can continue playing at a high level. Might even get Comeback Player AND MVP.

I know, I know, you're voting for Luke Keuchly. It's been noted.

The circumstances make Peyton almost a lock to win Comeback Player of the Year. Those circumstances have (or should have) nothing to do with the MVP criteria.

MVP is between Brady and Peterson if things continue as they have. Manning is a distant 3rd.
