For those of us that (unfortunately) have a week 17 game, who can we expect to sit out?

Atlanta doesn't have anything to play for.

If Houston wins, does Denver rest their starters? Or do they still have to win with New England right there possibly grabbing that #2 seed and the bye?

Not sure if Cincy has anything to play for.

Who else?

John Harbough hinted that he will probably rest his starters vs The Bengals.Already made a waiver claim for Bernard Pierce.

According to Rotoworld, Cincy is playing their starters.

If that's the case and Ravens are resting their players, I guess I really can't bench Cincy D.

Will this make Dalton playable again?

Define "rest"?

I expect ATL to at least play their starters 2 or 3 quarters; maybe give Matty Ice a quicker hook than the rest of the squad.

I'm more interested in the entire NE/DEN/HOU scenario; anyone hear any details about this? NFL Network rambled about DEN sitting starters @ their 4 pm game if HOU loses their 1 pm game? But what about NE? Doesn't DEN still need to play to win if NE wins? They listed so many playoff scenarios on one run-on update that I have to admit I got a bit lost lol.

CBS just posted an article indicating who may rest players: http://fantasynews.cbssports.com/fantas ... y-pitfalls

Good breakdown here too:
http://www.rotoworld.com/articles/nfl/42199/77/who-will-play

I am scared to play Rice this week in my championship. If Mendy is announced as starter, I might have to play him vs Browns instead.. #-o

Also deciding if 1 half of M.Ryan vs TB is better than a whole game of Locker vs Jags.. No penalty for INTS, so Locker might be better.. ugh

Is Daryl Smith supposed to play again? If he didn't aggravate anything, I think I would almost rather gamble on Ryan. When Smith came back last week, you could see that he was the main reason we were a top 6 defense last year.

Daryl came out of game healthy by all reports. To be honest, he looked understandably rusty to me and wasn't much of a factor.

I didn't mean him physically, but his presence seemed to rally everyone and elevate their play. Maybe it was just a coincidence, but we definitely had our best defensive game of the year against one of the best offenses in the league.

it isn't fortune, it is your choice to play in an inferior league.

Actually we were supposed to have a Week 16 championship but I screwed up the schedule and didn't notice it in time so everyone just voted to play it out. Could end up working for me though because I might not of made it to the championship.
