Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Huge numbers in 2008 (even splitting carries), catching the ball out of the backfield, running behind that awesome offensive line, and he's just 26 years old. Williams is finally a top 10 overall pick.
there's this guy in the panthers huddle that has been making these things for a while but he is really getting good.
this is the latest one that he made for the panthers '09 offense.
for the '09 ...
everything i have seen and heard from this guy lets me know that there is a huge shift in the defenses mentality. last year the defense had a "bend but don't break" mentality but meeks is bringing a "find who has the ball a break ...

Draft Analysis
Round 1, Pick 12
Positives Are you kidding me? The # 1 RB in fantasy at 1.12, of course I had to take him even though I expect his numbers to decrease a little. Stewart is hurt again (same Achilles tendon issue) so I expect DeAngelo to pick up Stewart's slack as well. He also has one of the best OL's in the NFL. Negatives Little small, but proved that he could handle the load in 2008. Draft Strategy This was a no-brainer because he fell to me at 1.12. (Contributed by: tlandavazo)
Round 1, Pick 9
Positives The lead RB on a run first team with a strong O-line coming off a breakout season....its a no brainer at #9. J Stew is supposedly more talented but has yet to prove he can stay healthy enough to take 50% or more of the load. Negatives Delhomme becomes less of a threat every year, eventually the Panthers are going to have to extend the running lanes via the passing game. Draft Strategy 2 strong upside RB's then hope for the best (Contributed by: stuffedcrust3meat)
Round 1, Pick 10
Positives Proved last year he is a stud, and on a team that knows it can run Negatives Jonathan Stewart lurking,,,hopefully he stays injured!!! Draft Strategy Atthis point I want to makesure I got a solid RB, and with my next pick coming back around, I knew I could still get a top tier WR. (Contributed by: Jagerman1964)
