Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the PK position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Whether he bounces back to being one of fantasy's best kickers will depend on how well Quinn's offense does between the 20's. I do not expect this offense to be near the top of the league in red zone TD efficiency. The offensive line is good but not great, the running back options are below average, and a jump ball to Braylon is the only proven method of scoring through the air. If the offense moves the ball well between the 20's you can expect at least one or two FG's per week which will make Dawson a good matchup play.
