Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the QB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
The Cowboys really need to consider working in a drafted QB to give them an option if they decide to go in another direction from Romo. Choosing to go with aged veterans, this year’s “band-aid” is Jon Kitna, who just two years ago, had back to back 4000-yard passing seasons with Detroit. Certainly not worth drafting in fantasy leagues, Kitna would be a hot waiver wire acquisition, should something happen to Romo.
Lots of ups and downs. I critized them early and they went on to prove me wrong. I appreciate the effort these guys made to turn the year around and I am very proud of them as a team.

Draft Analysis
Round 9, Pick 1
Positives In the last five years, I count about 20 QBs who started 14+ games with a pair of top 24 wideouts. Only two of these QBs fell out of the QB1 pool -- Kerry Collins and Chad (Q) Pennington. On average, these ranked about 5th at the end of the season. So either lots of people are wrong about Roy Williams and Calvin Johnson, or lots of people are making a mistake passing on Kitna this season. As a bonus, he's supposedly going to be asked to run more, which is great for this format. Negatives Detroit doesn't appear to have much of a rushing game to keep opponents honest, and the addition of a run to his personal game plan has its downside. He also throws a fair amount of picks, but these are hardly punished in this format. Draft Strategy The 1st Commandment of Fantasy Football: Know thy scoring system! (Contributed by: CleffedUp)
