Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the WR position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Through the first half of the 2008 season Evans was the 11th ranked fantasy WR, for the second half of the season the season he fell to number 52. The addition of Owens should take away the double coverage he faced most of last season. He should perform better than last season but should be considered as #3 WR that we would only use a later mid round draft pick on.
we just picked up your old WR coach and i was wondering what you guys thought of him.
i don't know too much about him and wasn't impressed about hearing him named to the position.
any input you have would be good.
thanks....
ESPN reported that one of the candidates that the Bills might be interested in interviewing is the coach from Montreal of the CFL. How crazy would it be if they hired a CFL coach!?! I think that'd be the kiss of death and the Bills would be gone ...
Lurking the different threads and stumbled upon this one. Saw we hadn 't posted since 7/31....come on guys a lot is happening in Buffalo this year!
Prediction: Maybin and Schobel meet at Brady and knock him out for the year in the first quarter....
Any new news on Marshawn Lynch? I heard on espn earlier that it was looking like gis suspension was going to be reduced to a 1 game......

Draft Analysis
Round 3, Pick 9
Positives He is young (26)
He is the "main man" in Buffalo WR corps
His QB has improved greatly from the beginning of last season
He was the #6 or 7 WR in fantasy points scored in 2006
Speed and quickness
Development of a #2 receiver in Buffalo can help to ease coverage pressure Negatives No clear #2 WR in Buffalo, but Parish could come through
Losman must continue improvement
Not physically imposing Draft Strategy He is in his fourth year and I believe he can go up a few clicks from last year.
1400 yards and 12 TD's could be a stretch, but here's hoping. (Contributed by: mottay)
Round 3, Pick 9
Positives Is the only WR of note on a bad team. JP Losman is developing into a solid young QB, and there just aren't many players who can soak up the receiving stats. Will dominate in garbage time. Was the #7 WR last season and is being generally overlooked, so you can reliably get him here. Negatives Around 20% of his performance last season came in one amazing game. His schedule features Champ Bailey, Asante Samuel, and some other abusive corners. Only one season of elite performance to go on. Draft Strategy After taking 2 RBs in the first two rounds, I'm on the conventional drafting plan. Since Gates is gone and shark leagues award only 3 per pass TD, that means best WR available. I'm not particularly happy having to pick Evans here, because he sometimes falls to my next pick. However, there are too many WR hungry owners behind me to risk it.
The chief alternative here is Driver, with his 3 consecutive 1200 yard seasons and similar status as the only WR on a bad offense. I prefer Evans because I expect more scoring potential and further development of his QB. (Contributed by: Agenda42)
Round 3, Pick 5
Positives Hands and is the number 1 guy in Buf and the QB and Evans are only getting better. Negatives Plays for Buffalo Draft Strategy My Top reciever left on my board. Still got a top 10 WR after 2 good RB's. I wanted a good solid base to build my team around and I think (hope)I have got it. (Contributed by: Hoots_89)
