Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
The good - he's the feature back and he ran well at times in 2008.
The bad - everything else. He floundered every opportunity in Chicago, he lacks toughness and often avoids contact, he doesn't pass block and can't catch well, off the field problems, the list goes on. Then there's his very iffy offensive line on top of everything else. If he falls far enough he qualifies for the Troy Hambrick rule (every starting RB is worth a spot in your lineup), but temper expectations.
Thursday came the news of Chad Ochocinco saying that he wanted to see Terrell Owens sign with the Bengals. During a party in Miami on Friday, which was attended by coach Marvin Lewis, Owens said that he would change his name to Ochouno if he came to ...
I can't believe nobody comes to the team talk and we are 7-2. We should be 10- 2 after Oakland, Cleveland, and Detroit. At least 9-3. I thought at the start of the year we might be a fringe playoff team at 9-7, I couldn't see better than 10-6. ...
How long you been a bengal fan, how long have you live in or around the Cincinnati area?
Personally, Im tired of the Cedric Benson bashing; B. Scott aint doing squat until Benson goes down. It amazes me from a couple years ago listening to the ...
1. Everyone knows I have a man crush on Bernard Scott... He will probably get a little at first and I think he may end up getting as much as 40 to 50% by seasons end. Possibly more if Benson can't cure his fumbling and pass blocking woes.
2. Our ...
T.J. Houshmandzadeh's apparent exit raises questions about the status of Chad Ocho Cinco, whose trade value has fallen significantly in the past year. By trading him, the Bengals could make a clean break from the diva-receiver years, if they are so ...

Draft Analysis
Round 2, Pick 1
Positives There is alot to like here. Benson finally gets the running back job all to himself after splitting time with Thomas Jones last year. He has already shown he can handle a full workload at running back given his past successes at the collegiate level. Since the Bears like to control the game by running the ball, Benson should see plenty of opportunities to put up huge numbers. Benson is one of the few running backs in the league that does not have to worry about competetion at running back. The sky is the limit with this guy. Negatives His quarterback is Rex Grossman. Although Grossman showed flashes of brilliance last year, he is the most inconsistent quarterback in the league. Every week, there is the chance that "bad Rex" will show up and completely ruin the Bears' offense. Draft Strategy There are a couple running backs I was choosing from, but the potential of Benson was too much to pass up here. (Contributed by: howelwitzer)
Round 2, Pick 9
Positives Feature back, team will win games, will get lots of carries late, no good backs pushing him for time Negatives Has never been a stud, doesn't catch passes, injury bug?, first time carrying the load Draft Strategy In the first 20 picks, 18 RBs had been drafted. Not interested in Peyton, so I figured if I wanted an RB2 before round 4 the time was now. Steep drop after Benson. Will still (hopefully) get a top WR in round 3. Looking for Owens to fall to me at 3.4, and I think that's very possible. (Contributed by: GoneB4Sunrise23)
Round 3, Pick 1
Positives Young RB on a team that will need to run the ball. The Bears have been efficient running the ball the past 2 seasons. I feel that they wouldn't have gotten rid of Jones if they didn't have confidence that Benson could step up and be the go to guy in the backfield this season. I think he will end up being right up there in the middle of the pack of RB 2's during this season. Negatives He's unproven. He hasn't had to carry a full load for a season yet and I am slightly concerned about his durability. Draft Strategy Overall, he's not quite what I was hoping for as an RB 2, but I do think he has lots of potential this year. I'm happy with having him behind LT2 in the backfield.
