The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
After losing his job to rookie PK Dan Carpenter, Feely replaced injured PK Mike Nugent last season and finished 24 out of 28 on field goal attempts. Resigned by the JETS for the 2009 season, Feely finished the regular season ranked in the 22nd ranking of place kickers.
