Fantasy Analysis
Season Projections
Believe it or not, Lawrence Timmons has posted has top 20 fantasy numbers in three of the past four seasons. We say 'believe it or not,' because Timmons' consistent fantasy production has been borne of inconsistency. The 27-year-old finished 2013 with 126 total tackles, but in seven of 16 games Timmons recorded four or fewer solos. Timmmons is now a leader on the Steelers' defense, an every-down player and more than capable of putting up big weeks, but bear in mind while considering drafting the eighth-year pro that there will be a maddening disappearing act or three along the way, and those may only increase now that rookie Ryan Shazier looks set to kick Timmons over to SILB.
