Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Don't over think things, Adrian Peterson should be the top player selected in 2009 fantasy drafts. While there may be grumblings (fumbles a lot, Chester Taylor, can he stay on the field), don't be fooled. Peterson is ready for another bountiful campaign in 2009.
And you can take it to the bank!
Ryan Longwell was on with PA today, and said Brett told him how much fun he had this year. Longwell (One of Brett's best friends on the team) is convinced he will be back.
Hopefully he gets rested up down ...

Draft Analysis
Round 1, Pick 2
Positives Showed great ability last year as a rookie.
Was able to put up great numbers even when teams defended him specifically.
He worked to improve his receiving in the offseason, this is a PPR league.
Team took steps in the off season to iprove their offense so opponents can't stack the box. Negatives Could experience sophmore slump.
Missed some play time due to injury, some question his durability. Draft Strategy LT was gone, I expect great numbers from Peterson. (Contributed by: DAFLCommish)
Round 1, Pick 3
Positives Feel he is only true offensive option in MIN, and athletic enough to perform anyways. Needs to improve his reception total from last season, believe he will as team will try to get him out in space a little more. Negatives Is he more injury prone than other RB choices? Missing games in college and his rookie season put a scare in this choice. Draft Strategy Figured LT would go 1.01 - and then throw a blanket over Westbrook, Peterson and Jackson - that's the order I had them ranked, that's the order they ended up going. If Jackson was in camp, might have moved him up over Peterson with PPR. (Contributed by: Cantebury)
Round 1, Pick 1
Positives * Explosive point potential
* Young guy with only 238 carries last season
* On upside of career Negatives * Huge variation in games.
This is the biggest problem with Peterson and the reason that LT is #1 and he's #2. Peterson can break your heart. He had a high of 55 points last year and a low of 5.
I suspect Peterson owners lost that week. Draft Strategy I developed a compulsive condition where I had to keep going back to my draft to make sure I had picked the Adrian Peterson from MIN and not CHI.
