Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Don't over think things, Adrian Peterson should be the top player selected in 2009 fantasy drafts. While there may be grumblings (fumbles a lot, Chester Taylor, can he stay on the field), don't be fooled. Peterson is ready for another bountiful campaign in 2009.
And you can take it to the bank!
Ryan Longwell was on with PA today, and said Brett told him how much fun he had this year. Longwell (One of Brett's best friends on the team) is convinced he will be back.
Hopefully he gets rested up down ...

Draft Analysis
Round 5, Pick 9
Positives Explosive home run threat with prototypical speed and size. Regularly abused NFL-level defenders in a tough conference. Good pad level and a downhill running style also makes him an effective inside runner. Minnesota's OL is a bone crushing run blocking unit that will get him the opportunities he needs. Probably the best bet to be the 1000 yard rookie runner this season. Negatives Durability is a real concern. Was not a productive receiver at Oklahoma, but some of that is a scheme thing. Chester Taylor is a quality back who will take at least 1/3 of the carries in Minny. It is unclear how he will react to not being athletically superior to most of the guys on the field. Draft Strategy With 2 RB and 2 WR through 4 picks, I have a lot of flexibility. That means I can take a look at what the nearby teams need around the elbow. In this case, I see that Greg Allen has only 1 RB, which means I'm sure to never see Peterson again.
The other choice here is most likely one of the elite TEs, as the QBs just aren't compelling at 3/pTD and none of the WRs offer the upside of Peterson. I feel fairly confident that I can get a quality TE to come back to me, so Peterson is the clear choice here. (Contributed by: Agenda42)
