Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the DEF position. The departure of Ryan and a large portion of the defense can't be ignored, but this is still a top 10 defense even without them. Years may be catching up to Ray Ray, Reed, and the bunch but they're still making plays. They may be over valued though, only take them late.
Unless the Ravens are able to successfully revisit expensive trade scenarios for Pro Bowl wide receivers like the Denver Broncos' imposing, trouble-prone Brandon Marshall and the Arizona Cardinals' disgruntled veteran Anquan Boldin. The Ravens are ...

Draft Analysis
Round 7, Pick 8
Positives Perenially great fantasy defense. Should still be excellent this year. Scores as much as many wr2. Outscores most TE's. The ravens are a defensive minded team with a defensive minded coach. Negatives Some key players are aging. They lost a couple of players in the offseason. Draft Strategy I was surprised they were still here with this pick. Many of the other sharkleagues have had them go a round or two earlier. I basicly have my starting lineup set at this point with the exception of a TE. I didn't like any of the TE's left, at least none stood out and i could get one of several of them later. I figured why not lock up what should be one of the top, if not the top, defensive teams. It finallized my starters with the exception of the TE and kicker which I will get later on. I should win that matchup most weeks so it is a good value at this point.
