Draft Analysis
Round 1, Pick 3
Positives Expected rebound from injury last year. Expecting typical SA numbers - 2000 TY and 20 TD Negatives Weaker receiving, not great for PPR, lingering health issue? Draft Strategy Don't like LJ holdout, Addai's first year as 'the man', Gore's busted hand, Westy's injury prone, FWP's new coach.... (Contributed by: PMG)
Round 1, Pick 6
Positives Stud RBs gone so at number 6, potential too good to ignore. Showed flashes at end of last year and could be a work horse in 2007. Gets the ball at the goal line so TD potential is a positive. Negatives Obviously his age and health concerns. Draft Strategy I am an RB, RB, WR type drafter so taking the best available RB at number one is a no-brainer. (Contributed by: GTOsRule)
Round 1, Pick 5
Positives lone rb,Td machine, easy divisio,I think he will put up numbers similar to past years.1500 yds 15 Tds.without D-Jax they might lean on the run game even more Negatives Getting old, broke his foot last year,O-line not as good as years past, not alot of receptions(PPR) Draft Strategy I had SA ranked 3rd overall.I think SA will return to his old #'s and be a top 5 rb this year.I think his overall Td's will supercede his low # of catches.
