Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the WR position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fitzgerald will no doubt be a high draft pick this year and even higher in PPR leagues. He has incredible explosiveness and chemistry with his quarterback. Interestingly, his biggest asset is also his biggest deterrent; Anquan Boldin. Regardless, Fitzgerald should once again be a top 5 receiver in 2009, unless you believe in the Madden curse......

Draft Analysis
Round 1, Pick 5
Positives Same situation as last year, so no reason to think that he can't have a similar result. I know Brew Crew thinks Fitz is being take too early, as he has finished as the 12th ranked player overall for two years. Sure, that might dictate he be picked at the end of the first round, but I sure think that a good bet on first round scoring - albeit end of the round - is better than an iffy chance on mid-first round results. Consistency is a beautiful thing when it comes to first round picks. Negatives If Warner goes down, it's Leinart's team. While that wouldn't necessarily doom him, I sure wouldn't be drafting him here were that the case. Besides that, what's not to like? Oh... the Madden curse... ooooo scary.... I'll leave superstitions to the players themselves... I prefer to rely on data. Draft Strategy OK, so I knew AP, MJD and Forte would go before me, but I was hoping that LT2 would get through to me at five. Unfortunately he went at 4. So, that gave me a choice between Fitz and the rest of the upper tier RBs. They all can produce but all have question marks as well. Westbrook could lead the league... if he could stay on the field. Turner doesn't catch. Chris Johnson gets vutured. SJax plays for the Rams (and I got burned by him last year so I ain't going there again - I don't see that they've changed that dramatically.) Slaton could do it again, but maybe not. So, Fitz just seemed to be the safest choice. Besides, my wife used to work with his mother in Minnesota, so it's nice to pick someone with a connection - however slight. (Contributed by: Scoefield)
