Strength of Schedule
Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the WR position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fantasy Analysis

Smith continues to be a top 10 Wide Receiver and is still worthy of a No. 1 spot at that position on your team.

Receiving: 80 Receptions, 1300 Yards, 8 TD.

there's this guy in the panthers huddle that has been making these things for a while but he is really getting good. this is the latest one that he made for the panthers '09 offense. for the '09 ...

everything i have seen and heard from this guy lets me know that there is a huge shift in the defenses mentality. last year the defense had a "bend but don't break" mentality but meeks is bringing a "find who has the ball a break ...

Draft Analysis
Round 2, Pick 5
Positives
Steve Smith was a stud 71% of the games last year. He consistently delivered outstanding results and can be counted on to beat his counterpart each week.
Negatives
He's had a few health issues and if he goes down the season is severely compromised.
Draft Strategy
There are two schools of thought for an early pick in the second round. One is it grab another starting RB and the other is to grab an elite WR. If Steve Smith hadn't been available I probably would have gone with McGahee. Chad Johnson is too variable to beat out a #1 back. But Steve Smith gives me a chance to have some blowout games and those would be fun. I also worry about teams stuffing McGahee and forcing Loseman to beat them. Other RB available at the time were not very exciting (E. James. T. Jones) when compared to Smith. So after a lot of thought I broke the seal on the WR. (Contributed by: rdsalemi)

Round 1, Pick 11
Positives
Absolute focal point of this offense... mad skills.
Negatives
Injury risk, QB issues, offensive issues as a whole.
Draft Strategy
I like stevie wonder alot this season... I have always been a fan, but never been able to draft him because of his ADP. This season, in a ppr league, i think he's worth a slight reach... especially considering i dont really care which of the next three RBs i get (as RB1, as i was going to go RB/WR anyways, and steve smith may have gone at the elbow). Round 2, Pick 1
Positives
Amongst the top tier WR's he is the clear favorite due to the lack of controversy and competition on his team. He may not finish first in WR stats, but is a much surer thing then the others. I believe he will lead the league in yards and will be in the top-5 for TD's.
Negatives

Draft Strategy
Drafting at the elbow is not my favorite position as I am conflicted about going RB-RB or RB-WR. If I don't take a WR now I miss all the top tier WR's. On the flip side the RB available by time my next picks come around are a mediocre or in RBBC situations. Since no one had reached for Manning or a WR yet I felt the value was in a top tier WR at this point. (Contributed by: sport.nut)
