The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Winslow is healthy now and should be happier in TB. He could do very well if he can stay healthy, especially if the TB QB (to be named) needs someone to rely on.
