Strength of Schedule
Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the QB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fantasy Analysis

Campbell had a serviceable '08 performance in which he did throw more than twice the amount of TD's compared to interceptions. However, he averaged less than 1 scoring toss per game! His slow release isn't the best fit for HC Jim Zorn's West Coast offense, but at least he's had one season under his belt with this same scheme. Since being with Washington, Campbell has had to adjust to new offensive coordinators every year up until now. It will still be the "Clinton Portis Show" for the Redskins, but look for Campbell to be a "sneaky good" #2 fantasy QB.

Passing: 3180 Yards, 16 TD, 9 INT.
Rushing: 200 Yards, 1 TD.

2009 Draft Central
Average Draft Position (ADP) Tracker
Draft Analysis
Round 12, Pick 1
Positives
Has a good matchup during my starting QB's bye week (6).
Negatives
Doesn't really perform well enough for Fantasy Football.
Draft Strategy
Had to have a backup for at least Romo's bye week. (Contributed by: tlandavazo)

Round 14, Pick 9
Positives
Campbell had a great first half of 2008, then he finished the season without throwing for more than 250 yards in the last 8 games. The Redskins tried to acquire other QBs in the off-season, yet Campbell remains. Yes, I know this is the 'positives' section...I'm searching for some. Washington has a good rushing attack, Santana Moss remains in the fold to catch the ball. Potential is there for Campbell to improve upon his 2008 numbers.
Negatives
Now that the off-season QB shuffle has ended, Campbell is the starter. Can he hold onto the job and if he does, can he peform at a high level? These are difficult questions to answer right now.
Draft Strategy
I can't help myself. I'm not that excited about mid round selections Roethlisberger, Garrard, and Edwards on the roster, and with many fantasy teams in this league still riding with a single QB on their roster, this seemed like a reasonable flyer for my team and another QB. NFL quarterbacks get hurt, so there is a premium on NFL starters, so it can't hurt to have 4 starters on a fantasy team. I feel confident in what I've assembled in the early draft at RB and WR so I feel I can afford the extra roster space here at QB. (Contributed by: doug_coutts)
