Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Huge numbers in 2008 (even splitting carries), catching the ball out of the backfield, running behind that awesome offensive line, and he's just 26 years old. Williams is finally a top 10 overall pick.
there's this guy in the panthers huddle that has been making these things for a while but he is really getting good.
this is the latest one that he made for the panthers '09 offense.
for the '09 ...
everything i have seen and heard from this guy lets me know that there is a huge shift in the defenses mentality. last year the defense had a "bend but don't break" mentality but meeks is bringing a "find who has the ball a break ...

Draft Analysis
Round 4, Pick 9
Positives A talented young RB, very active in the passing game. Should be productive in a ppr league so a useful RB3 and bye week filler, with the chance to be a lot more if he wins the job outright or Foster gets hurt. Steve Smith insures that defenses can't focus solely on the run. Negatives Has competition from Foster, so RBBC is likely. A good chance he won't get many goal line carries. Draft Strategy I had my eye on Bulger or Brees for this pick but they were snapped up before I could get them. The owners on the elbow had already drafted 5 of their 6 starting WRs, but only 1 RB each, so it was likely that some RBs would be flying off the board. So I elected to jump in for my 3rd RB now, and pick up my WR2 or another position when the draft boomeranged back to me next round. I considered taking Adrian Peterson here. However he's a rookie, and the Vikes have Chester Taylor, so they don't need to rush him into the line up, and he may see limited time until late in the year. (Contributed by: mf)
Round 4, Pick 5
Positives A starting back on a competitive team. It's hard to go wrong with that combination. Negatives Sounds like he won't get many touchdowns. So he's a #2 back on my team Draft Strategy I rolled the dice on Tom Brady in the 3rd round hoping that he'd still be around. Ahmad Green was the backup plan. There is a run of WR going on in the draft so rather than follow the run I picked up a RB. (Contributed by: rdsalemi)
Round 4, Pick 11
Positives Talented young back, with new zone blocking scheme like he ran in college. Current RBBC, but DeShaun Foster is not the answer for Carolina. Great hands to get involved in the passing game, which is a positive for Shark League PPR scoring. Should be solid rb3 with great potential upside. Negatives RBBC, and concern about his ability to punch it in. Had a bum ankle for a few weeks last season. Draft Strategy I went RB/RB/WR in rounds 1-3. With talent at RB getting thin at this point of the draft, and the #1 pick at the elbow behind me with LT2/WR/WR, it made sense to grab my RB3 now and expect my WR2 to be waiting for me two picks later.
