Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the WR position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
there's this guy in the panthers huddle that has been making these things for a while but he is really getting good.
this is the latest one that he made for the panthers '09 offense.
for the '09 ...
everything i have seen and heard from this guy lets me know that there is a huge shift in the defenses mentality. last year the defense had a "bend but don't break" mentality but meeks is bringing a "find who has the ball a break ...

Round 3, Pick 6
Positives has a better supporting cast @ Wr this season. Delhommme's return should also help his production. Negatives 2 game suspension and a concussion so far this pre season Draft Strategy Even with all of the negatives (suspension/concussion), It was too good of a value to pass on in the mid third round. A risk reward pick for sure...

Round 3, Pick 4
Positives Suspension be damned, I could not let Smith go any longer. He is among the top in the league in talent and with a running game and a healthy Delhomme, he breaks out and gives me a nasty 1-2 most of the year with Chad Johnson. Negatives The suspension hurts, but if I can't back a stud up for two weeks, I'm already in trouble. Draft Strategy RB-WR-WR leaves me a bit open to a RB run, but having two of the top guns at one position was too tempting. (Contributed by: Jerric)
Round 3, Pick 6
Positives Proven talent, healthier QB, formula for a come back year. Negatives Suspension, concusion, chance of self destructing Draft Strategy Taking a chance, seems like a good risk with my number 3 pick. Potentially high rewards. (Contributed by: DAFLCommish)
