Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
When healthy he's the lead guy, to compound that he's in a contract year and being drafted in the similar neighborhood as unproven young players and old retreads. Fast Willie may no longer be in his prime, but he's still a better option than those being drafted around him.
Man, what's up with losing at home to the crapball Raiders?
I'm bumbing about the Pats losing at Miami. But I can console myself somewhat by saying, Well, at least we didn't lose to the friggin Raiders....
I'm thinking we can still get in. We have to have Ben and Polamalu though. Anything less will prove to be the end of a promising year. I'm still disgusted with the chokes we've had this year. We should have beat the Bengals both times, the ...
Will the running game pick up?
How much are we missing Polamalu?
Can Ben do everything on offense?
Will the refs continue to let people hold Harrison every other play?...

15. Wide receivers Limas Sweed and Kevin Curtis will be available for trade this week. Do you think anyone takes one? I doubt ...

Draft Analysis
Round 3, Pick 6
Positives Proved he has what it takes in the NFL last year. Came right out of the gate and became PIT's #1RB instantly. This year he should do even better. With Bettis gone his goal line carries and TD's should increase, his # of touches may go up a bit as well. Still behind the same O-Line so no huge changes there to worry about. Coaching staff has been saying he'll see more goal line and short yardage plays. This means he only has upside really. Negatives The only question in anyone's mind is if he'll see increased goal line duty or if one of the other RB's in Pit will get all the love. Draft Strategy I picked up a receiver in round 2 because at that point the RB's were VERY thin (2.7) and there were still stud WR's on the board. I was very happy to find FWP available at 3.6. Should do well as my #2, especially if he gets goal line opportunities like the coaches have been hinting at. (Contributed by: elnator)
Round 3, Pick 3
Positives Willie is running behind one of the best O-Lines in the NFL if not the best. Has great speed and field vision. With a years experience as the starter, the coaches say he'll get the first chance at goal line/short yardage plays.
Negatives
If Willie gets increased goal line carries I have some concerns about him lasting for the full 16 game season. Draft Strategy
This is my 3rd RB in 3 rounds. This should give me quality starters at RB throughout the season. (Contributed by: GUESS_WHOM)
