Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the TE position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Gonzalez has got to be excited to play in Atlanta with Matt Ryan, along with Michael Turner and Roddy White. They'll help each other and Gonzalez definitely remains a top 5 TE.
The tone of Roddy White's negotiations with the Falcons has taken a turn for the worse. "I'm a little bit disappointed with the direction that the negotiations are going at this point," Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff said ...
There have not been any takers since the Falcons announced in February that they planned to trade Michael Vick's contractual rights. If the Falcons can't find any takers, they would very likely release him outright, if he is reinstated. Vick would ...

Draft Analysis
Round 7, Pick 2
Positives He's Gonzo. He's a proven performer and one of the tops at his position for years. Negatives Shaky QB situation in KC, plus LJs holdout. OL isn't what it used to be, so he could be asked to do more blocking. Still, he's a great receiving threat. Draft Strategy With only two starting receivers in a PPR league, wanted to make sure I had a TE who makes a lot of catches. Gonzo fits that mold perfectly. (Contributed by: rockstarphil)
Round 4, Pick 9
Positives You don't need me to explain that Tony Gonzalez is a great tight end. You also don't need me to articulate why he'll be the 2nd tight end drafted in most leagues. He won't repeat his 2004 numbers ever again (102 recs for 1,258 yards and 7 TDs), but you have to recognize that he's been the 1st or 2nd ranked fantasy TE for… well, forever. In short: PRODUCTION. Negatives Erosion in the O-line, LJ's hold out and a new QB could have ripple effects on the entire offense. Using a top 50 pick on Gonzalez in competitive leagues, leavies less margin for error in drafting other positions. Draft Strategy I've decided to try something I haven't tried before. I write this comment when it's allready said and done since I didn't want to blow my strategy to my shrewd league mates. Ok, there's no risk they will ever copy me. Having drafted Bush - Harrison - Benson with my first three picks I decided to correct my misstake passing on Gates in the 2:nd. The teams drafting behind me will probably try to fill their RB2 needs. I've decided to platoon my WR2 spot with cheap, late draft and WW findings. This will allow me to go after QB and D early. I feel there will be some value left at WR when those who jammed their RB and WR spots start scrambling for QB's and TE's. (Contributed by: Paddler)
Round 6, Pick 8
Positives Great size, can out jump DBs, and great hands. Has lead the team in receptions the last 3 years. I have Gonzalez ranked as TE3 with projected 70 receptions, 825 yards and 6 TDs. Negatives Uhm...only 5 TDs over the last 2 years but this is a PPR league. Draft Strategy The TE run had started in this round with 3 taken ahead of me. Decided to get one of the top TEs.
