Draft Analysis
Round 5, Pick 4
Positives
He will be the primary ball carrier and should carry the ball 300+ times if he stays healthy. He had 10 games with over 20+ carries in '07 and only one game under 10 carries. Edge finished last season as the 10th ranked RB in this Fantasy Sharks scoring system. Opens the season with a nice schedule and gets to play the 49ers and Rams twice.
Negatives
He'll turn 30 this season and has had a ton of carries over the duration of his career. His reception numbers have decreased every year since 2004. The Arizona O-Line isn't one of the best units in the league and the center (and backup center) are currently injured. He may lose a few carries to Tim Hightower this year, and that may include some at the goal-line. Not much upside. He probably won't better his numbers from the previous couple of years in Arizona.
Draft Strategy
Not a pick that made me want to do cartwheels, but one I needed to make here. He was probably the last clear starter left on the board and I still needed to add a RB2. I don't expect him to finish the season as the 10th ranked RB like last season, but I'd be happy with anything in the 15-20 range. I think he's capable of doing that providing he stays healthy. Round 3, Pick 7
Positives
Proven and durable running back. Clear-cut starter and used to handling the load.
Negatives
Bad team, bad O-line, on the wrong side of 30.
Draft Strategy
RBs go incredibly fast in expert leagues, so I thought this was the safest pick available. Edge probably won't win any fantasy games by himself, but he should be a consistent source of about 10 points/week. (Contributed by: pcfountain)

Top of The Tank
Is Sidney Rice worthy of a roster spot?
I drafted him in the 10th round and just stuck him on IR...
Kevin Kolb
I'm taking a big risk on him as well...in BOTH my leagues!!!...
Sleeper Defenses for the last round drafters...
Bengals cut O'Sullivan, add LeFevour
anyone know a free hosting site??
thanks all...
5 qbs in the 1st really?
5 in the first round is a bit extreme, but I think it illustrates the point ...
strategy for picking a kicker....
We get points based on distance, so I just take Rob Bironas. If he sucks, I'll ...
