Draft Analysis
Round 6, Pick 1
Positives Healthy. Bulked up in the weight room. 29 and could have another big season in him. Negatives Injured much of last season. Draft Strategy Needed another RB. If Johnson can stay healthy he could have another productive year. (Contributed by: hawkenstein)
Round 6, Pick 10
Positives Strong starter on a good team. Negatives Sharing some carries, tight hammy. Not an all or nothing back. Draft Strategy Needed to add some depth to my RBs to cover for McGahee. Johnson could have a solid year and become a starter for me if Willis struggles or gets hurt. With Westbrook as my #1, I only need a second. So taking some risk away from McGahee with another partial risk. (Contributed by: Ed_Leduke)
Round 6, Pick 12
Positives Plays for a team that defenses won't put 8 in the box due to the WR's. Prior to last season, was a solid 1200 yds 10 tds rb2 for the previous 3 years. Hopefully last season was an aberration. Negatives Still having hamstring problems and hasn't played in pre-season yet. O-line looks like it may be having problems. Tough schedule. Draft Strategy As a RB3, I thought Rudi was good value, but will look to pick up Watson or Perry later in case he struggles. (Contributed by: Faraim)
