Draft Analysis
Round 8, Pick 11
Positives
Scored an impressive 9 TDs last season and worked his way into a starting spot. Seattle has consistently produced quality fantasy WRs with Hasselbeck in town, but nobody is being drafted like that from the current Seattle roster. Injuries to Engram and Branch have given Burleson the chance to show what he can do as the #1 WR for the team.
Negatives
Hasn't caught enough passes to be a serious PPR league scorer. Was taken highly after his second season produced similar numbers to 2007, but has proven frustratingly inconsistent.
Draft Strategy
Since we start only 2 WRs, it's important to pick backups with big upside. In other situations a guy like Derrick Mason would go higher than Burleson, but the shark leagues reward drafters for taking risks. (Contributed by: Agenda42)

Round 8, Pick 3
Positives
Burleson has earned at least the number 2 spot in Seattle. Last year he proved he could handle the job as he led Seattle in TDs with nine. With injuries to Branch and Engram I see Burleson as the main target for Hasselbeck going into the season and perhaps all season.
Negatives
Burleson drops a lot of passes. He is not as reliable as Engram as a red zone target.
Draft Strategy
Burleson has an opportunity to become a great receiver this year. I like his chances going into this year as it all seems to be pointing his way in Seattle. The injury to Engram increased his value enough to warrant this 8.03 pick. All that is left for RB's are the low end committee members anyway. RB-WR-WR-RB-RB-WR-QB-WR - This is a very interesting draft for me as I have never picked in this order before. I'm very curious as to how this team will do. (Contributed by: RatSlinger)
