Steve Slaton's 2008 season wasn't just nice. It was very nice. So nice that it is understandable to look at his production and project greatness for the Texans' second-year tailback. Slaton, who led the AFC in yards from scrimmage as a rookie, ...

Draft Analysis
Round 15, Pick 2
Positives Likely to get some carries if Jacobs gets injured. Negatives Not likely to get many carries and I have Jacobs so I won't be playing him unless Jacobs gets injured. Draft Strategy This strategy is called a "handcuff." I have no idea why. The idea is that you draft the backup to your big guy. Normally, I'm against this strategy because you're hosed if your big guy goes down and you waste a draft pick. But wasting the 15th draft pick is like not wasting a pick at all. This is my last player pick, so why not introduce a little insurance. There's nothing else left on the board. (Contributed by: rdsalemi)
Round 14, Pick 8
Positives I believe that he is the logical handcuff for Brandon Jacobs. Bradshaw is more of a 3rd-down RB. He helped me with RB depth off the waiver wire during my Blue Shark championship season. Negatives Will share carries with Bradshaw if Jacobs goes down. Draft Strategy (Contributed by: tlandavazo)
Round 16, Pick 6
Positives Showed he could step in and produce when Jacobs went down for a bit last season. Negatives Coming off a leg injury, and plays in a crowded backfield. Draft Strategy Bradshaw is draftable in his own right, but Ward is the better handcuff to Jacobs. He will take on a significant role should Jacobs go down, and team with Bradshaw as the carry-heavy side of a RBBC. (Contributed by: Pat_Smith)
