Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the WR position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
The best of the lot in Chicago, but where does that leave him in the fantasy rankings? Not very high. Cutler should be able to connect on a few long balls with Hester, but his inconsistency from week to week will drive the fantasy owner crazy. Draft him as a backup and see if he and Cutler can connect on a regular basis.

"We're finally in the giant nebulous off season, and we are smack in the middle of a coaching search to fill the new offensive and defensive coordinator openings. Both of these positions are of great importance to the team, but ...
According to Bobby Wade, Urlacher told him Cutler's a p***y this past weekend in Vegas. Trouble in paradise? Said on KFAN, a Minny station.
670 the score is reporting that during OTAs there was a near altercation between Urlacher and Cutler ...
i never thought i would see that after last season....and cutler improved in week 2....but i'm extremely suprised olsen isn't getting many looks....is that maybe cause he's more of a threat now or what?
thoughts / opinions?
i hate benching ...
it's looking like not having Urlacher on the field really effects our team's moral.. Missed tackles, Harris' ejection, i mean come on!...

Draft Analysis
Round 7, Pick 4
Positives Devin Hester, speedster, meet Jay Cutler, gunslinger. If ever there was an offseason match that was made in fantasy heaven, this was it. Hester showed great improvement at the end of last season, and as WR1 for the Bears with a now legitimate passer, Hester could explode for 1000+ yards this year. He'll also continue to handle punt return duties, which could get him an occassional score. Negatives Is Hester really ready to be a #1 WR? Does the acquisition of Jay Cutler make the Bears a passing team? In addition to those questions, there are plenty of other options besides Hester when it comes to the goal line, so he'll have to score his fantasy points from catches and yards. Draft Strategy Since my draft started with RB-WR-RB, I'm a little weak at WR so I'm back filling the depth there with selections in both rounds six and seven. Tremendous value getting Hester here in the 7th round, as I look for him to nearly double his yardage output of 2008. 1000+ yards not out of the question and 70+ receptions either as Cutler is a very accurate passer.
