Fantasy Analysis
Despite racking up the second-best rushing numbers of his career and finishing as a top-20 fantasy running back in both standard-scoring and PPR-scoring formats last season, Bradshaw received his walking papers from the New York Giants. The G-Men apparently didn’t want to pay a $3.75 million 2013 salary to a running back with a history of chronic foot problems. Bradshaw signed an incentive-loaded one-year, $1.1 million deal with the Colts in early June. If the seventh-year pro can stay reasonably healthy during the season, Bradshaw should carve out a steady role in the Indianapolis offense as either the No. 1 or No. 2 tailback. When healthy, the 27-year-old Bradshaw is a far more talented and versatile three-down runner than incumbent starter Vick Ballard, who is a 2012 fifth-round pick. During Bradshaw’s six-year stint with the Giants, he racked up two 1,000-yard seasons while playing in a regular timeshare, and the 5-foot-10, 214-pounder averaged 4.5 yards per carry or better in five seasons. Depending on how Bradshaw and Ballard split the bulk of the backfield touches, it looks like Bradshaw will have low-end No. 2 fantasy running back value with upside, but he is clearly an injury risk. During the last two years, Bradshaw missed six games and was slowed in others because of various foot ailments.

Rushing: 800 Yards, 10 TD.
Receiving: 40 Receptions, 300 Yards, 3 TD.
