Stafford (knee) was taking snaps with the first-team offense during Tuesday's practice, the Detroit News reports.
Recommendation: We'll have to wait and see how his knee responds to the activity on Wednesday. If ...
I am originally from Detroit and still love my Lions but I have a more selfish reason for asking. Next week it looks like I will be 4-3 and playing the lone 6-1 team (I am anticipating a win this week). But my starting QB (Carson Palmer) and my ...

Draft Analysis
Round 2, Pick 7
Positives Wih the additon of Marcus Robinsion finally should have the #2 receiver that he has lacked in the past. Negatives His rushing numbers declined last season after his back injury in week 3. Draft Strategy This was actually my third round pick, but due to the fact I pre-loaded draft picks this is what I ended up with.
Culpeeper last year in this scoring system was the #9 overall point scorer.

Round 2, Pick 3
Positives A scoring machine in this format with the bonus points for yardage and rushing attempts.
Last year he led all QB's in our Sharks League with about a 30 point margin over 2nd place PEyton Manning.
However, he only played 14 games last year. Had he maintained that average over 16 games he would have outscored second place by ~ 70 points.
Culpepper is a threat to throw for lots of yards and TD's (to some guy you might have heard of called Moss) as well as taking off for rushing yards and rushing TD's on a regular basis. Negatives As mentioned above he only played 14 games last year and the physical style of play of a "running QB" greatly increases the risk of injuries.
Draft Strategy As a firm believer in the "two stud RB" school of drafting as well as the "QB's are all about the same dont waste a pick" school of drafting this pick is very out of character for me.
Basically, the difference between Culpepper and all other QB's though is so large that I felt I couldnt pass him by. The downside here will be that my RB2 slot is probably going to be weak. This could be disastrous if I cannot scrape together a solid option or two later in the draft. (Contributed by: Budman)
Round 2, Pick 9
Positives I'm drafting players that are double threats. Culpepper is a QB in a linebackers body. He can run the ball and throw to one the best WR in the game. Negatives He only played in 14 games last year and given his style of play he is prone to injury. I'll take that risk though. Draft Strategy I wanted to go RB here but there just wasn't any value at this point. Culpepper is a solid pick at 2.09 and will probably be one of the top 10 in total points at the end of the year.
