The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.

Positives Long range FG kicker. Hopefully more mature than when he was drafted. Raiders should still have a potent offensive. Should be the starter all year long Negatives Headcase, and he's a kicker Draft Strategy Long range FG's are highly rewarded in this league, and you NEED 2 kickers. Positives Janikowski is a kicker and I needed a kicker that's the main thing he has going for him. He's got a pretty decent leg and plays in a good climate so that helps too.
Negatives He's a wild card. Who knows if he'll even survive to see the opening of camp, the guy could get into a bar fight, or drive off a cliff on his way home from a bar. Draft Strategy I needed a kicker and they aren't really worth wasting a pick on early in the draft. Oakland's bye isn't until week 10 so I won't have to worry about picking up another kicker right away. (Contributed by: regas14)
