Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the DEF position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Once a dependable unit, Jacksonville's D has lost its credibility. Derrick Harvey was drafted to improve a lack-luster pass rush. Harvey's rookie campaign had its growing pains, but look for his play to improve in 09. Rashean Mathis is the only name worth mentioning in a struggling secondary. An improved offense will help, but look for continued struggles in 09.
