Strength of Schedule
Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the TE position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fantasy Analysis
One year removed now from the Jeremy Shockey era, Kevin Boss is filling in rather adequately. Although not considered as big a receiving threat as Shockey, Boss can certainly hold his own. Throw in the fact that Plaxico Burress is no longer a red zone option for the Giants and you now have a Tight End that will score about every other game for you. Last year, Boss visited the Promise Land on 6 occasions, ranking him 4th in the NFL for touchdowns at his position. He’s probably a low end #1 fantasy TE, so you may want to let those other owners spend the higher draft picks on the top tier TE’s while you work on building depth at RB and WR, then drafting Boss later on.

Receiving: 45 Receptions, 520 Yards, 6 TD.

Osi Umenyiora (knee) is participating with only "some restrictions" at the Giants' offseason program. Umenyiora said he was 80% in late February and should be closer to full strength now. Umenyiora will be in more of a rotation this year ...

There are plenty of obstacles to Plaxico Burress' returning to the Giants: his legal situation, a potential suspension by the NFL and the Giants' impatience with his off-field issues. As if those factors didn't make the situation complicated enough, ...
