Strength of Schedule
Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the PK position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fantasy Analysis
As the Broncos running backs hopefully get healthier and rookie wideouts Demaryius Thomas and Eric Decker come onto the scene, Prater's scoring opportunities will increase.
1 FG (0-29), 2 XP

When comparing fantasy kickers, one likes things to be as predictable as possible. Even with a decent understanding about the situation kickers each face with his respective team, it's difficult to anticipate which kicker will convert roughly a pair of field goals per game, for example, versus which kicker will convert 3 or 4 field goals in some games but none in others. One kicker may be good for just as many field goals as another kicker, but accomplish this while missing on field goal attempts more often and seeming much more inconsistent. Matt excited fantasy owners with how well he executed, the first part of last season, but faded big-time as the weeks went by. He hit 5-of-6 from 50+ yards out, yet finished with a meager field goal conversion rate of 73.5% overall. Factor in Denver's coaching changes, new quarterback and completely different defense, and his potential among fantasy kickers becomes darn near impossible to figure. Draft him at your own risk.

Grade (0 Worst - 5 Best): 2.6
