Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the WR position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
The rationale is simple: with Tony Gonzalez and his plethora o' targets now an afterthought, the new #1 in K.C.'s high-flying offense either steps comfortably into the Larry Fitz role and reaches career highs or suffers most weeks from double- and triple-coverage only to become a fantasy bust. That, and the group of K.C. quarterbacks who threw to him last season are clearly a step down from what newly acquired Matt Cassel brings to the table. Nice thing is, his value is a little higher in PPR leagues given that he's ranked among fellow low-end WR1 types such as Terrell Owens and Marques Colston, but in all likelihood will tally more catches.
