The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Before getting injured last year, Jones was averaging an astounding 8.9 yards per carry!!! If he can stay healthy, Dallas will certainly find more ways to get the "rock" to their second year speedster. At this time considered a #3 fantasy RB, Jones' value will certainly sky-rocket with an injury to Barber!
