Draft Analysis
Round 8, Pick 8
Positives Old, reliable WR with an extremely consistent track record of production. 80/1000/5 is a mighty fine player to have at WR3, especially considering his rookie QB last season. Mason is also very durable, missing only 6 games in 12 seasons. Negatives Old, reliable WR with extremely limited upside. Hasn't scored more than 5 TDs since five years ago. At some point Mason is just going to be washed up, and that will probably happen suddenly when it does. Draft Strategy At this point, the draft is less about finding stellar production and more about filling in the holes in your lineup. Mason is a serviceable starter if Braylon Edwards doesn't work out, but I'd expect him to be a bye week filler on average. (Contributed by: Agenda42)
