The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Edwards returns as the starting QB after the Bills cut ties with JP Losman. Edwards production will definitely increase this season with the addition of WR Terrell Owens, who Edwards lobbied the team to acquire. Injuries have hurt his development and he has never made it through a complete NFL season without missing games due to injuries. He will play behind a rebuilt offensive that hasn't had much time to work together as a unit.

ESPN reported that one of the candidates that the Bills might be interested in interviewing is the coach from Montreal of the CFL. How crazy would it be if they hired a CFL coach!?! I think that'd be the kiss of death and the Bills would be gone ...

Positives The Bills have handed the keys over to Edwards, and this year is sounds like they are going to let him loose a little big. There is talk of a no-huddle offense, there is talk of letting Edwards make more audibles at the line, and more importantly, there is Terrell Owens to take coverage away from Lee Evans. Those are a couple of pretty good options to be throwing the ball to. I look for Edwards to have a very good 2009 season. Negatives Edwards is young and though he enters 2009 as the starter, needs to prove that he can take the job and make it his own. Draft Strategy Edwards is added to a QB stable of Roethlisberger and Garrard, names that won't set the fantasy world on fire, but names that are established NFL starters that will be on the field playing. I really like the potential of Edwards to explode this year, Owens opposite Evans is a pretty good 1-2 combo at WR. (Contributed by: doug_coutts)
