Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Averaging only 3.4 and 3.6 yards per carry, respectively over the last two years, Betts may not be the ideal candidate for a "must handcuff" situation regarding Portis Owners. Losing Portis would be a great loss for your fantasy team, but I wouldn't lose sleep if I chose better value elsewhere with another RB available during the draft.
For all you disgruntled fans here is a website that one of my friends from the dc area put together in an effort to improve the orginization from the ground on up:

What do you think of Cooley this year? I have always loved him as a player and fantasy player because he's as dependable as the sun coming up in the morning. He's never missed a game and barely any practice in his 5 year career. I love that he's ...
Clinton Portis made his last visit to John Thompson's radio show in D.C. on Wednesday and he didn't sound like a man enamored of his role on the Washington Redskins. He started by complaining about his seating assignment on the team plane and moved ...

Round 12, Pick 8
Positives Betts has acquitted himself well as the Redskins’ backup tailback for the last four seasons. In limited action, Betts has averaged a solid 4.0 yards per carry and 9.8 yards per reception. Negatives Betts isn’t particularly instinctive, and he’s not going to make defenders miss too often. He also has limited experience in short yardage and goal line situations, so it’s unclear whether he could excel in that role. Draft Strategy This was a no-brainer pick when my 1st round pick (Portis) went down to a shoulder injury. I was fortunate that I was on the clock when that happened so I was able to grab his backup. However, in the past week the Redskins have signed Duckett, so the whole Redskin running game is a little murky at this point. (Contributed by: Aussie Cowboy)
