2008 Draft Central
Average Draft Position (ADP) Tracker
Draft Analysis
Round 6, Pick 4
Positives
One of the greatest WR of the last 25 years. Does everything a WR should, and has been one of the most consistent top rated WR for about a decade.
Negatives
Last year. Knee injury and the whole shooting thing this off season. Don't know if he will recover and ever be the factor that he was, plus he has Gonsalez behind him waiting to play.
Draft Strategy
Took him in the 6th round as a WR3, hoping he bounces back and can be a solid #2 with WR1 upside if he really is 100% healthy again. a lot of people will stay away due to the question marks, but taking him as a WR3 could be the pick that gives you extra depth at WR and push your team to the top this year. I see this as middle risk high reward in this round. (Contributed by: kuhnmd1528)

Round 5, Pick 6
Positives
HOFer and has been incredibly consistent.
Negatives
Coming off a major knee injury and may have shot a guy!
Draft Strategy
He is a 3rd rounder in my eyes and just laying there in the 5th. I can't pass up that value to fill other needs. If Steve Smith or Braylon Edwards disappoint this pick is just fine. I considered Kevin Smith for a while here... (Contributed by: Boogs34)

Round 6, Pick 10
Positives
This isn't the Marvin Harrison of of 2006, but he's also not the injured Harrison of last season. The Colts offense is perfect for Harrison as Wayne can spread the defenders, Addai can bunch up the middle, and Harrison can dance around the safeties and 2nd tier cornerbacks all day long.
Negatives
Where to begin? Questions about his knee, legal issues, possible suspension? It's all there for Harrison to deal with. If he overcomes these hurdles and can focus on the field, he'll produce solid numbers but that's a big 'if'.
Draft Strategy
Another gamble pick, but with Manning at QB and potential upside of Harrison, I felt it outweighed the other available WRs (H.Ward, L.Coles, S.Moss). (Contributed by: Ron_Anish)
