Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Was last season the beginning of the end? or the result of a dysfunctional offense and a foolish move on Lewis' part by losing weight to become 'more elusive?' We'll probably find out this answer very early in the season, the weight's back on and he's being asked to be the between the tackles bruiser this offense is built around.
