The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.

Positives He's a dome kicker that has been very consistent in the past. Negatives He's a kicker... you need one. Draft Strategy I went a little early on a PK this year because I felt I could get the 2 late round fliers in the last two rounds. I wanted to take the risk and get a potentially better PK.
