Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the DEF position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
With the undeniably biggest off season free agent acquisition, the Redskins signed DT STUD Albert Haynesworth. Throw in the re-signing of CB DeAngelo Hall and unfortunately, Washington remains a middle of the road defensive unit. They have released Jason Taylor and may find it difficult applying pressure to the QB. Make sure you don't go through the season with the Redskins as your primary defense. They should only be considered as a BYE week fill-in or perhaps during a favorable match up.
