Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Gore benefits from a new offensive coordinator and Singletary as head coach. He is the most consistent player on the 49er offense. At 26, he still has fresh legs and will be asked to carry the workload. Look for him to increase his production in carries, yards, and touchdowns.

Draft Analysis
Round 1, Pick 4
Positives I think Gore has a resurgence this year. I think he steps up his game on the PPR side this year. Negatives Can Martz make a RB a monster receiving threat again? Can he stay healthy? Draft Strategy SJAX scares me right now and I don not trust I(ndy this year at all. (Contributed by: Jerric)
Round 1, Pick 6
Positives Gore ranked 9th last year while playing on one of the worst offenses...that coming from a Niner fan. With any improvement in the passing game...32nd last year...and the offensive line he could have a great year. I'm looking for 1150 yds rushing, 60 receptions for 475 and 9 total TDs this year. Negatives Offensive line is still a question mark and Martz could go pass happy like he did in Detroit. Draft Strategy Gore was my 6th ranked back. Had hoped that maybe S Jackson would fall to me but no such luck. (Contributed by: dmcduke)
Round 1, Pick 8
Positives In the new Mike Martz offense I expect him to become even more involved in the receiving game. As long as he's healthy even with a substandard offensive line he still puts up solid numbers on the ground, and he has no other back to really steal carries from him. Negatives The only real negatives are his fumbling issues, and the fact that no QB steps up, and he has to go against 8 men in the box every week. Draft Strategy I felt he was the last of the 6 "elite" backs, so i'm happy to have him at number 8. (Contributed by: killak_35)
