Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the QB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
I have to admit, in the middle of last year, I had my doubts that McNabb would return as the ‘09 Eagles signal caller. At one point, McNabb was even benched during a game. He certainly turned things around and after posting one of his very best seasons in his 10-year career AND leading his team to the NFC Championship game, McNabb is right where he belongs. In addition to Kevin Curtis now being healthy, Philadelphia spent their first two draft picks on more offensive weapons for McNabb. With as much as the Eagles throw the ball, expect him to post large numbers again this year, however, be prepared for injury and do not draft him too early! Consider him a mid to low level #1 Fantasy QB and worth grabbing around the 6th round.
First we lose the great Jim Johnson. Then we lose Stewart Bradley.who in my opinion was on course to prove himself ProBowl worthy this year. Now DeShaun Jackson hyper extends his knee (hopefully not serious), and promising rookie Cornelius Griffin ...
I, for one am glad to finally see some pizazz and variety to what till now has been a boring predictable offense. With McNabb due back this week, and moving forward, is it really a disruption to the offense or just him? :-k...
Eagles Juqua Parker, though, had the misfortune to be discovered with a small bag of marijuana in Bethlehem, as a passenger in teammate Todd Herremans' van early yesterday, during training camp, where every news outlet serving Eagles Nation is in ...
It makes sense that the Eagles might agree to at least guarantee some of the more than $19 million they are scheduled to pay Donovan McNabb over the next 2 years, and perhaps even boost that total. NFL Players Association figures released at the ...

Draft Analysis
Round 6, Pick 5
Positives Running, passing, winning. A great quarterback on a great team. Nice! Negatives He keeps getting injured. But I have Tom Brady also and can afford the risk. Draft Strategy He was just sitting there very late in the draft. Someone had gambled that he'd still be around and I wanted to make sure they lost their gamble. (Contributed by: rdsalemi)
Round 5, Pick 9
Positives Best points per game QB. Negatives Injury concern. Draft Strategy This is a surpise pick for me. I'm always the last team to draft a QB. I planned to draft my 3rd RB here. Unfortunately the one I am target just got picked a few picks ealier. The only TE drafted now is Gates, not hurry to pick since my next pick is 6 picks (3 teams)away. Mcnabb represents a very good value here. (Contributed by: Java)
Round 5, Pick 5
Positives Produces top 3 QB numbers.Has become a real pocket passer the last few years.Last year he put up great numbers till he got hurt.I feel McNabb will stay healthy this year.He has a chip on his shoulder cause fans and probably some teammates like Garcia better. Also the Eagles drafted a qb in the 2nd round. Negatives Injuries.Has been hurt alot. Not alot of weapons.Never stopped him before though. Draft Strategy I feel like this year there are 6 big QBs.McNabb was the last of them left on my list when the 5th round came around.Decided to take him despite the injury risks. One team already had Brees and Bulger so I felt McNabb was worth it because the qb pool was more scarce because of it.Qb's don't score as much in the shark leagues as most but You still have to go heads up every week with qb's so I want to have top players at all my starting positions.
