New England Patriots Team Talk
Does any of you know what is the status of Sammy Morris? Bellicheck is a fantasy owners nightmare!!! why does he always have to be secretive about his injured players? It drives me nutZ!!! Please if anyone has heard anything...let me know! ...

I haven't heard a thing!...

Top Ten reasons these players don't go over their 2007 stats. 10. Josh McDaniels just left town .... who's going to orchestrate the offense? 9. Kevin Faulk is getting old and slow. 8. Peta protests at Gillette after the Mike Vick signing ...

According to multiple reports, the Patriots are considering a trade that would land Raiders linebacker Derrick Burgess in exchange for a second- or third-round draft pick. The 6-foot-2, 260-pound Burgess, who turns 31 on Aug. 12, is a two-time Pro ...

Now Jason Taylor is also a free agent. Just a few months shy of his 35th birthday, he's unlikely to command a megabucks contract or a long-term one. He's coming off a down year with the Redskins (just 3 1/2 sacks after averaging slightly more than ...

Draft Analysis
Round 10, Pick 11
Positives
A lot of people are down on Atlanta this year, but, I don't care who's slinging the rock for the Falcons, Crumpler's still the only proven receiving threat in their offense. Coach Petrino is offensive-minded, and it's not like the NFC South is home to stellar defenses at the moment. Crump and the Falcons could surprise people this year.
Negatives
First year of a new offensive system. As the only proven threat, he'll probably see his share of double-teams. Joey Harrington is slated to be the starting QB. Could be embroiled in a potential dogfighting scandal... Hey, it's happened to Atlanta stars before.
Draft Strategy
You're telling me I can get a TE that was once rated in the top 5 at his position by a lot of people just a year ago at 10.11? SOLD! Crump could be a potential STEAL. (Contributed by: adevil519)
