The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Hightower was a pleasant surprise in 2008. The emphasis appears to be on running the football more effectively in 2009. The Cardinals were the worst running team in the NFL last year. Hightower should still receive the bulk of the goal-line touches but the number of carries looks to be diminished if rookie Chris Wells shows early success.
