The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
To his credit, Leinart hasn't complained about being replaced. Signing a 6 year, $50 million contract does that I guess. Don't look for Leinart to push for the starting job during camp. He is only worth consideration if Warner becomes injured.

Positives Allegedly, he's finally solidified as the #1 guy. He's got a great set of targets to throw to. Kurt Warner put up insane numbers in his place last season - I hope that's something we can expect from Leinart. Negatives Injuries, and an inability to hold down the job. Wisenhunt seems committed to Leinart, but he knows Warner is more than ready to take over if things go wrong. Draft Strategy Time to find a QB, I don't think anybody offered more potential for top 10 numbers than Leinart.
