Strength of Schedule
Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the WR position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fantasy Analysis
Colston is the Saints best option through the air, but Brees does a solid job of finding each and every one of his receivers. A score is expected.
Receiving: 4 Receptions, 60 Yards, 1 TD.

In line to catch a lot more balls from Brees this year. The offseason knee surgery shouldn't scare you from taking him as your first WR, probably somewhere in the 3rd round.

Receiving: 70 Receptions, 1065 Yards, 9 TD.

2007 Draft Central
Average Draft Position (ADP) Tracker
Draft Analysis
Round 4, Pick 4
Positives
Clear WR1 on an explosive offense. Went for 70-1000-8 in only 14 games. Most WRs increase significantly in production in year 2 of their career. The removal of Horn from the Saints WR list should open up more catches for Colston and Henderson.
Negatives
Had a fairly depressing second half after his electric first half. Missed 2 games due to injury and was limited in a few others. I am concerned that the Saints may not be as good on offense this season. I already have Bush on this squad, and I am concerned about overexposure to the Saints.
Draft Strategy
With the anemic QB scoring in shark leagues, I am more or less locked in on the best available WR with this pick. Colston is not my favorite selection here, but I believe him to be the last WR in the second tier and he has explosive scoring potential. (Contributed by: Agenda42)

Round 4, Pick 7
Positives
The clear cut No. 1 receiver in a prolific offense. Will be targeted alot by Brees especially with his size he is a red zone target. Second year in the league so he should be even more comfortable in the system
Negatives
Reggie Bush and Deuce are around to steal scoring oppurtunites.
Draft Strategy
I was very happy to be able to nab Colston here as i consider him a top 12 WR, and to be able to add him to Gates, and the two RBs i already took in Westbrook, and Edge i feel my team is looking pretty good so far. (Contributed by: killak_35)

Round 4, Pick 4
Positives
No. 1 WR in a prolific offence.
Negatives
slight danger fo one year wonder. I did draft M Clayton after his rookie break out year, you know the rest of the story.
Draft Strategy
I tried to keep myself flexible at this pick. I am looking for either a RB or WR. Since none of RBs I like is still available, and Colston is the last WR in my first tier WRs left. I am glad to have him here. (Contributed by: Java)
