Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the DEF position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
The Seahawks lacked a legitimate pass rush last year and it dramatically affected the season. With the addition of Curry at linebacker expect to see a much more aggressive defensive unit. The athleticism at linebacker will open opportunities for takeaways and sacks. The Seahawks defense could be a great value pick in the later rounds of the draft.
What do we need to address most drastically this offseason?
O-Line: Walter Jones is old, and we need a LT to replace him.
QB: Hass is getting old too, and much as I love Seneca, I don't see him as the QB of the future.
RB: Forsett has shown ...
Which, if any, part of the Seahawks offense can we bank on next year? Does Forsett become must draft material? How about Housh or Burleson? Discuss!...

Positives DEF DEF .. easy sched Negatives all new LB corps Draft Strategy easy sched and i wanted a good pairing for my def comittee (Contributed by: xrayg)
Round 15, Pick 5
Positives Seattle went from #23 to #5 in rush defense, from #21 to #7 in total defense (PPG allowed) and from #21 to #1 in sacks. With nearly the entire defense returning intact, impending return of Hamlin and key reloads with the good looking 2006 FA/draft class, there is no reason the Seahawks shouldn't be able to start where they left off in 2005. Negatives The Superbowl runner-up hasn't faired to well in recent seasons. Draft Strategy I really like the Seahawks "easy" schedule this season and I think they will make a fine combo when teamed with my earlier Bucs D selection. (Contributed by: Aussie Cowboy)
