Strength of Schedule
Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the QB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fantasy Analysis

At first glance it would seem Bulger should have a bounce back year. The Rams drafted a top left tackle in Jason Smith, they didn't use a high draft pick on a quarterback, and he will be fully healthy. However, Steven Jackson will also be completely healthy, the wide receivers lack experience, and Steve Spagnuolo is a defensive minded rookie head coach. Bulger shouild improve on last year's numbers but can no longer be considered anything but a low end #2 QB.

Passing: 2640 Yards, 14 TD, 15 INT.
Rushing: 40 Yards, 0 TD.

Orlando Pace-T-Rams Apr. 23 - 7:01 pm et Rams LT Orlando Pace is down to a "svelte" 320 pounds. Pace, who is 6'7, normally plays in the 325-330 range but says he'll be "in the best shape possible" this season. He is ...

So, if we pick OT with the first, there won't be a LB in the 2nd. If we pick LB in the first, there won't be an OT in the 2nd. --- I say, pick LB, because, frankly the OT's are not that good anyway....

Draft Analysis
Round 4, Pick 6
Positives
Bulger plays in a great passing offense, has quality wrs. Martz favors throwing the ball over running it. The Rams have one of the easiest schedules against the pass in the league. Bulger has run in 7tds over the last 2 years, and added bonus. If he stays healthy he's a lock for 4000 yds and 25 tds passing, with some upside. One of the safest picks at qb, with high upside.
Negatives
Marc, nursed a sore throwing shoulder in 2004, it is said to be completely recovered. Injury is the only negative in my mind, but it is a very minor concern, that's why I like Bulger, so much.
Draft Strategy
Had 3rbs and 5wrs ahead of Bulger on my predraft, they all went in the next 10 picks, leaving Bulger to me at 4:06. Was very happy to get him, team starting to shape as the solid all around team, I am looking for. (Contributed by: Wolfie)

Round 5, Pick 3
Positives
QB with a gun of an arm and a coach who likes to use it. St. Louis is a high powered passing offense and Bulger has proven he can do the job. Barring injury, he is a lock for over 4000 yds passing and 25 TDs. Yep, I'll take him in the 5th round.
Negatives
Durability. He gets pounded every cuz he just won't let go of the ball which leaves him open to (gah) injury.
Draft Strategy
Bulger will go great with Torry Holt-One of the best QB-WR tandems in the NFL. RB-RB-Stud WR-Stud QB I couldn't pass him up at 5.03. (Contributed by: RatSlinger)
